Funding Available: $21.4 million for 190 awards ranging from $5,000 to $150,000 each (a 1:1 match is required for grant requests larger than $25,000)
Description: These IMLS funds help museums better serve their communities. The program has three funding categories: (1) learning experiences (experiential learning and discovery at museums); (2) community anchors (museums as essential partners in addressing the needs of their communities); (3) collections stewardship (museums management, care and conservation of artistic collections).
