Eligibility: State, tribal and local governments, public and private colleges and universities, public housing authorities and nonprofits with or without 501(c)(3) status (applicants must partner with a financial institution)

Funding Available: $2.8 million for 13 awards

Description: The grantees will establish and manage IDAs for low-income refugees, who will set specific saving goals. These include home ownership, business capitalization, vehicles for educational or work purposes, professional certification and education.
