Eligibility: State, local and tribal governments, public and private colleges and universities and nonprofits

Funding Available: $10 million for 40 awards up to $250,000 each

Description: These funds go to prepare permanent foreign residents without a history of crime for citizenship through citizenship instruction and naturalization application services. Partnerships are encouraged.
