Community Interoperability and Health Information Exchange Cooperative Agreement Program

Funding Available: $1 million for 10 awards

Description: The program will identify opportunities to support and extend the use of secure, interoperable health information technology tools and health information exchange (HIE) services in the nation’s communities. The ultimate goal is to improve individual and community health.
